I Maintaining the shiny parts I
I Notice I
This unit has some shiny parts. Being shiny, these parts tend to show dust and fingerprints easily.
Wiping these parts or rubbing them vigorously with a hard cloth may scratch their surfaces. When
cleaning
or
otherwise maintaining these parts, use the cleaning cloth provided with the unit, and bear
in
mind the following points.
I Maintenance procedure I
(1) Regular maintenance
Using a dry cleaning cloth, remove the dust
in
such a way that the surfaces of the shiny parts will
not be scratched.
(2) Removing fingerprints and other dirt
Remove the dust around the dirty areas, and then lightly wipe off the dirty areas.
(3) Maintenance for removing stubborn dirt
Immerse part of a cleaning cloth into water
or
a neutral detergent diluted a hundred times
in
water, wring it out thoroughly, and then wipe off the dirt. Lastly, wipe the surfaces clean and dry
using the dry parts
of
the cleaning cloth.
Notice: Please keep these instructions together with the operating instructions
of
the main unit
in
a safe place.
